- Additional charges such as taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply.
- Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
 
2. Cancellations and Refunds:

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the supplier's cancellation policy.
- Magic Travel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or retain a portion of the payment for services rendered.
 
3. Travel Documents:

- Magic Travel is not liable for any loss, delay, or expense incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
 
4. Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.
- Magic Travel can assist in arranging travel insurance, but we are not insurance providers and do not assume any liability for claims or disputes.
 
5. Changes to Itineraries:
- Magic Travel reserves the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodation, or other travel arrangements if necessary.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and offer suitable alternatives.
 
6. Liability:
- Magic Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services booked through Magic Travel.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:
- We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
 
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
